Our company is located in ZhouPu City industrial area, NanHui district, Shanghai, on a site of 10,000 square metres. Factoring in the departments of production, manufacturing, construction, support and administration, our total workshop space amounts to an area of more than
12,000 square meters. Among our over 140 employees, 40 people are engaged in business decision-making, marketing, product development, production management, quality inspection, information collection and logistics etc.
Our company's main products include: road traffic signal facilities, LED lighting, LED photoelectric display products, etc. Annual production includes 30,000 sets of traffic lights, 50,000 sets of outdoor lighting and 400,000 sets of exported business lighting products. Our customers are based in over 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions nationwide and a number of products are exported to Asia, Europe, Latin America and Australia. Our company's sales revenue for 2010 surpassed 100 million yuan.
Our company operates two types of processing lines that use SMT and wave soldering systems. A total of six assembly lines meet the requirements of the production of our various signal facilities, other types of LED lighting and lanterns as well as our LED photoelectric display products.
All our company's products undergo technical performance testing in optical and electrical testing laboratories in order to ensure they meet industry requirements. We actively emphasize the development and protection of independent intellectual property, and now own two state invention patents, more than 40 state utility model and appearance patents, and applied for the registration of the "AUSTAR" brand trademark in 2000.
